November 15, 2017IOM Budapest, in cooperation with the Office of Immigration and Asylum (OIA), the Cordelia Foundation for the Rehabilitation of Torture Victims and UNHCR, organized the second round of capacity building trainings for OIA professionals in Budapest. September 13, 2017IOM Slovenia and IOM Budapest co-organized a regional child protection conference in Ljubljana, Slovenia. The purpose of the conference was to enable mutual learning, exchange and harmonization of approaches and services for migrant children. Read more about the event here.

July 27, 2017 - Office of Immigration and Asylum professionals received training on children’s rights and the vulnerabilities of migrant children in Szeged on the 13th of July 2017. Read more about the training here.

July 10, 2017 - Capacity building trainings ​ were organized around the topics of children’s rights and the vulnerabilities of migrant children for first responder police and border guard professionals in Budapest and in Kiskunhalas in June 2017.
